LandTech Incorporated of South Carolina is a private real estate development, marketing and management firm. Established in 1980 as a consulting firm for financial institutions with real estate assets, LandTech has evolved into a residential developer with few peers.

Although we refer to ourselves as residential developers, we are in fact builders – not of homes, but of well-planned communities where there is never a question of what the end product will be. Our vision is depicted for all to see before the first sale of a homesite is made in our master plan, and turning our vision into reality is our chosen vocation. We pursue it relentlessly.

With its flagship communities, Park West and Park Island in Charleston, SC, Lake Carolina in Columbia, SC, and Lake Frances in Lexington, SC, LandTech quickly gained an industry pacesetter reputation. It did so by creating blue-ribbon, mixed-use, family-lifestyle communities of superior value and by setting new standards in community lifestyle design, value-added features and market appeal. In fact, LandTech is the acknowledged leader in the design and development of family-centered, self-contained, mixed-use planned-development communities intended for all of life’s stages.

LandTech also operates a family of related companies developing communities on its own behalf and providing marketing and selling services to home builders in the communities it develops. The Company provides association management services to the community’s property owners as well as development management services to third parties. Additionally, LandTech serves as the manager for seven major planned development communities in Delaware, North Carolina and South Carolina and has provided consultant services on over 200 separate residential projects in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
